Youth Splash ‘n’ Dash begins at 9:00 a.m.
You may, but do not have to. You can wear a swimsuit and just add shorts to your run

Mandatory packet pickup and late registration: The deadline for packet
pickup is either Wednesday September 22nd or Thursday September 23rd

You may pick up for other participants but must have their registration information or copy of ID, and their participant waiver must be signed online prior to pickup.

AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ON THE FRIDAY OR DAY OF THE RACE
If you are out of town you may elect to have your bib mailed to you for an additional $10 during registration.
Each participant will receive a custom T-shirt. Race shirts for participants
registered after September 1st are subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds for this race.
You may request a deferral for a fee of $30 or transfer your registration to another person. Transferred registrations will pay the published registration fee and previous participant will be automatically refunded registration.

Race Day Info
Transition area opens at 5:15 a.m.
Swim area will open at 5:30 a.m.
Swimmers will line up based on anticipated 400m swim time. Triathlon Race starts at 6:30 a.m. One swimmer per 5 seconds – 8 lane 400m serpentine swim.
Helmets are required for Bike course. Must walk bikes within transition area. Aero-bars are allowed. No drafting.
Water station at 1/2 mile and 2-mile mark of run course.
Refreshments provided at the Finish Line.
